I had the pleasure of dealing with Mikayla from "I'm in the right" car rental company and she was absolutely lovely! Arrived at drop off early, went through the whole process with me and made sure I understood everything. She was so knowledgeable and covered everything so there was no questions I needed to ask. She has made the whole car rental experience so great for me and if I should ever need will 100% use the company again :)
