Blakes knowledge within the green point area is well above any other agent I have seen. When deciding to sell our property we didn't have to think twice whom we where going to list with! Blake made the whole process an ease with his informative nature plus constant contact throughout the whole process. I would highly recommending anyone looking to sell to contact Blake
Business response:
Thanks very much for your kind words. I'm pleased that you were happy with me and the outcome! Kind regards, Blake Stretton
We have had dealings with Ingrid in buying a property in the past and we were so impressed with her then, that we sought her out to handle the sale of our house this time. Ingrid has a very detailed understanding of the market as she has worked in this area for many years. Her response to enquiries from us and from potential buyers was timely and efficient. Ingrid's great skill is in understanding the buyers needs and managing the negotiation. We would recommend her to anyone wanting to sell.
Ingrid was tireless in her effort to sell our property. She navigated the process with apparent ease, keeping us updated throughout and ultimately going well beyond expectations. Her ability to manage the delicate balance between the personal and professional meant that the sale resulted in two very happy parties.
Ben was outstanding in his work ethic and always present for us any time we needed him. With full trust in him and believing in his process, we managed to sell in the time frame we needed to get us moving. Thanks again Ben, job well done!
Ingrid is a pleasure to deal with. She worked hard to make the purchase a simple process for us. An agent with excellent local area knowledge. Following the exchange she gave of her time to enable us with quotes and visits for different trades, which we truly appreciated. Thank you
Richard was extremely helpful in negotiating the sale of our investment property. Due to matters outside our control, the whole process was very drawn out and at times frustrating, however Richard never lost his positive attitude. He found a buyer prior to the property even being marketed which saved us the expense of styling and advertising as well as the stress of uncertainty. We would definitely recommend Richard to potential sellers due to his unmatched local knowledge and can-do attitude.
Ben and Richard were friendly, enthusiastic and well organised throughout the sale process.
Richard helped us sell our home and I am so grateful as he was amazing. He guided us through the sale process, and able to provide information about the market in our area. Richard sold our home very quickly and we got more than what we expected. Besides his expertise in real estate, Richard is a really nice person. If you are looking for an agent to sell or buy, I highly recommend Richard. Thank you, Richard, for making the experience as easy as possible.
This was our first time selling a house. Ben and the Gittoes team were fantastic. Kept us up to date on progress, gave us key suggestions and advice on when to sell and what we needed to do to make our house look it’s best which we feel gave us the awesome result we achieved in a very quick time. Couldn’t be happier with the help we received and service they provided will definitely use the team again when we buy or sell. Thanks guys!!!
