This is the second time I have sold a property with Richard and would definitely recommend him and use him to sell again. Great knowledge of the market, and achieved the price we wanted in the middle of the COVID-19 lockdown with restrictions on viewings. And it sold within 3 weeks! Great result, and extremely pleased!
