I found Ingrid very knowledgable and helpful during the buying process. She is a strong communicator and very organised. She clearly has an extensive understanding of the local market and was open and honest throughout the process. I appreciated Ingrid's restrained verbosity when it came to important matters.
Business response:
Thank you, it was a pleasure dealing with you and I’m sure that you will be very happy in this beautiful property.
We found Ingrid Osborn of Gittoes - East Gosford so friendly and helpful to deal with. She was always very polite and so knowledgeable in regard to the real estate market. We were impressed with how quickly she would get back to us with answers to any inquiries we had. We would not hesitate to sell or purchase a property with Ingrid in the future.
Business response:
Thank you Janet, it was lovely to see you last month and see all of your amazing property improvements.
Our relationship with Ben has been more than agent & vendor. Ben has become a good friend & has been so helpful & supportive to us during this sale process, especially considering the present covid climate. He even bought us a pkt of toilet paper when we couldnt get any! We have been able to ring Ben at anytime to ask questions. He is now helping us with our new purchase. Overall we've been very impressed with his knowledge of the market & his enthusiasm for real estate! Thank you Ben.
Ingrid achieved a successful sale for me in a short time. She constantly communicated with me during the process. Her advice when helping me prepare the house for sale was invaluable. Ingrid’s help and expertise made the process of selling my house far less stressful than I expected.
Bens local knowledge was invaluable in determining the right strategy to take the property to market. Ben was highly professional throughout the process and a pleasure to work with. Needless to say we achieved the desired results. I would highly recommend his services.
It was such a pleasure working with Blake. From our first meeting he was very knowledgeable, respectful, honest and enthusiastic. His suggestions and help in carrying these through were amazing. He communicated with us at all times keeping us fully updated. Nothing was too much trouble and any questions or concerns were addressed promptly. The house sold quickly as he said it would which was a great result for us all. Thank you again Blake

Ben was easy to communicate with and totally professional! He is on the pulse with the Niagara Park area and sold our home in record time and attracted a great number of buyers. We totally recommend Ben to anyone looking to buy or sell their home.
Blake was such a pleasure to work with. His knowledge of the market was very much on point & his sensitivity to both seller & buyer was very personable. My partner & I never felt like any question or concern was ever too much to bother Blake with & he bent over backwards to communicate well & make sure we felt supported & in our timing. We could not rate him highly enough and will definitely recommend him to our family & friends. Job well done Blake!
