Richard has a very good knoweledge of the actual market value of property in real time. On the day I chose an agent to market our property. I called on 3 local agencies un order to see who I felt comfortable with. I met with an optimist a pesimist and in Richard on behalf of Gittoes Realty I found the realist I had been looking for. I would list again with Gittoes as well as purchase investment properly knowing I was in the company of industry experts.

Stephen Gittoes and Ingrid Osborn were outstanding to deal with and helped us find the perfect property for our family.
