Great experience in buying our first home. Richard and his colleague Matt were extremely helpful and knowledgable which aided the process a great deal.
Business response:
Hi Sarah, I am so glad it was an enjoyable experience and I hope you enjoy your new home and look forward to seeing you out and about in Gosford.
Richard is one of the best sales agents in the Central Coast . With his help we sold our property in Gosford after only one open home and the price is 15% more than what we expected. Richard is professional and diligent. I am sure his expertise and great communication will help anyone who looks to selling his property in this area.
Had a great experience with Richard and Matt. I would recommend buying a house through these guys.
Business response:
Thank you, I hope your mum enjoys her new home.
Blake went above and beyond the call of duty in selling this property. He was very helpful to both the buyer and seller in negotiating the sale and settlement process. I highly recommend Blake whether you are buying or selling a property.

Ben was a pleasure to work with throughout the sale of our first home. He is a calm, astute and knowledgeable professional. Ben's expertise allowed us to sell our home in a timely manner, for a price beyond our expectations. He has excellent communication skills and is friendly and approachable. Ben has great local knowledge and is a real people person. His genuine character, positivity and sense of humor make him an asset to anyone wishing to sell their home. Thank you Ben!
I would always highly recommend Ben Cheverall and the team at Gittoes to handle your real estate needs. Excellent job once again!!
Very helpful and easy to deal with. Highly recommend. Best agent in East Gosford.
I found Blake to be very thorough and 100% helpful in the sale of our property. Because we lived interstate he went above my expectations in his prompt service that he provided to us whenever I had questions or needed assistance. Always found him easy to approach and talk to. Would highly recommend.

The entire experience was a good one. Ben went the extra mile in providing advice re the sale which was great. Being new to this, I felt he was very approachable and I felt very comfortable that I was being heard with my requests. He was prompt with responding to emails and phone calls. All in all, it was a smooth, fast process with no hiccups whish I really appreciated.
