Richard Faulkner is an exceptional agent who goes above and beyond for his clients. His professionalism, attention to detail, and dedication made the entire process seamless and stress-free. Highly recommend!
I knew what I was embarking on when selling a house Blakes network of trades for things was not able to do my self was invaluable I am a Tradesman myself and have many mates that helped in the preparation of the property, but his contacts stepped up fast and just took all the pressure off me. I fully recommend taking his advice on how to present the property He knows the market and absolutely smashed my expectations. with time and price. Thanks, Blake, for the great outcome.
I found Ben prepared for our initial meeting and he had researched the area. He was a fountain of knowledge and had a clear sense of integrity. Great communication and was very honest and down to earth. I never once felt pressured. He was supportive throughout the entire process.
Blake has an excellent and extensive knowledge of the market. He is a pleasure to work with and is always readily available to respond to any queries. We would have no hesitation in recommending him.
We recently bought and sold a home with both transactions overseen by Blake as the local area real estate expert. On both occasions Blake has proven himself to us to be calm, professional, honest and capable of negotiating effectively with all parties involved in the sale. We found Blake's property evaluations to be accurate and realistic resulting in quick and well priced sales. I would recommend Blake to anyone seeking a highly competent real estate agent.
Both Matt and Richard were amazing throughout the process. They were really knowledgeable of the local area. I was pretty overwhelmed buying a place by myself, buy they made it as easy as it could be, and overall a smooth process. Really great experience! Thanks guys :)
I highly recommend Richard at Gitteos to anyone looking to purchase a property. Their dedication to excellence, combined with their cutting-edge technology and exceptional customer service, makes them the ideal choice for a seamless and satisfying property buying experience.
We recently bought our first house through Gittoes using the agent Matt. Matt was excellent. He had great communication, swift responses (even on his day off) and organised extra viewings when we needed them. He helped us through the process and we were extremely appreciative of Matt’s expertise and friendliness. We would recommend Matt to others!
I first met Blake (as a potential buyer) in 2019. He had such a lovely presence and was so different (in a positive way) to any other real estate agent I'd met. So when we were looking for an agent to sell our home in 2024, he was our first call. I immediately felt he was the right agent to sell our home. He's quietly confident, knows the market and did an amazing job. I would highly recommend the Blake and Reece partnership and wish them only success in the future.
