Blake managed every aspect of the sale of our house in a professional and thoughtful manner. We can honestly say Blake made the whole process seem easy,
Ben was a delight to deal with. He was always professional and respectful. He has a great working knowledge of the industry and was realistic in his suggestions and guidelines for us. Always prompt in replying to phone calls, messages and emails and available to answer our many questions. We gave Ben a challenge and he stepped up to face it square on and met it as he said he would We would have no hesitation in recommending Gittoes as property agents. Many thanks to Blake as well.
Blake won my business with his honest approach and detailed knowledge of the housing market in-and-around my suburb. Before the “For Sale” sign went up, Blake had a number of off-market buyers show interest, and after a single open house he successfully negotiated with a number of buyers to secure a great price for me. Throughout, Blake acted with integrity and transparency, and communicated exceptionally well. Blake deserves his success and I would recommend him to any prospective vendor.
Ben was fantastic in providing outstanding service in selling my house in Australia. Even though we live abroad, his proactive communication, kept us informed every step of the way. Not only did he excel in marketing the property, but they also went above and beyond by coordinating trades and resolving any issues swiftly and efficiently. His attentive and proactive approach made the entire process seamless and stress-free.
Having bought and sold various properties in the past Blake was the most professional Agent I have ever had the pleasure of dealing with. His communication was excellent and his negotiation skills were second to none
