Great local knowledge and communication was good under difficult circumstances
Business response:
Thanks for giving me the opportunity Wayne. Glad that we could work through this process for you both and get a great result for you both.
Ingrid & Georgia were professional in aspects of the sale.
Business response:
It’s how we roll Barry! Until next time 😀
In what can be a stressful time Trent’s confidence and ability to consider our needs and objectives was reassuring. He remained totally professional yet approachable and obtained a fantastic sale result for us. We can highly recommend Trent.
Very prompt in responsiveness and helpful in my homebuying journey. Looked at numerous properties with Richard and he was professional and hardworking.
Richard and his colleague Matt were excellent to deal with, professional and with fantastic local knowledge. It is the second investment property my wife and I have purchased from this team. Highly recommended!
Richard and all the staff at Gittoes were all very helpful and professional throughout the process of purchasing a property. I had many questions and no issue was too big or small to receive rapid and clear answers. I thoroughly recommend Richard and Gittoes for all real estate transactions in the future.
I found Richard to be very knowledgeable about the Market. He went out of his way to find me a home that suits me and my lifestyle. Richard was very professionable and was alwsys available when I emailed or called about an issue that had arisen with the property I was purchasing and he always gave really good advice. I would definitely recommend Richard and Gittoes to family and friends.
What a pleasant experience this was. Finding a suitable place, in our case very swiftly after cooling off period, after selling your house... sounds like a nightmare, fortunately not in our case as Richard was more than accommodating and very accessible. Making a viewing possible off schedule, speaking to the previous owners, allowing us to move out and in on the same day. I cannot thank him enough for turning such a stressful time into a pleasant outcome. To go to Agent in this area.
We couldn't fault Ingrids' professionalism, confidence, wonderful communication skills & positivity. She helped us through every step of the sale process & achieved a great result, through her honesty, kindness, excellent knowledge of the market & selling skills.
Business response:
It was our pleasure to support you throughout this process. Wishing you nothing but all the best in this new stage of your lives.
