Blake is very knowledgable on all things realestate, he was spot on with pricing of my house and the market. I was given a few curve balls towards the sale of my property, which Blake handled extremely well and professionally. Richard was very pleasant and so helpful as my property had been abused by Tenants leaving it in appalling condition! impossible to Sell? His help Knowledge, Advice and Guidance in fixing and preparing the property for Sale to achieve the best outcome was followed! Consequently after the 1st open for inspection! the property was sold, within the week for a record price! An incredible experience, as feeling desperate! and credit to Richard for being instrumental in making it all happen!
