I found Richard to be GREAT, a lovely young man who I felt was doing the best by the seller and us, the buyer. He was so far removed from the ‘stereotypical’ impression of a real estate agent. I did pass on, by phone to his office, how I found Richard to be professional, personable and just wonderful.
Excellent experience working with Richard. Honest appraisal to begin with and transparent approach throughout. There were some complications with the sale which Richard navigated very well and achieved a price we were happy with. Very happy to recommend.
