Fast and excellent service We put in a maintenance request and within a day fawcett group sent out a plumber by the name of Jordy to fix our shower which had been leaking for ages. Within 20 minutes he had not only fixed the leak but went the extra mile to make the water pressure more efficient. Jordy was extremely polite and professional. I would definitely recommend this company.

Great plumbing service and repair Plumber Jordy visited our premises to repair my Mum’s toilet cistern- replace broken lid and fix internal flush mechanism including faulty external stop valve. Jordy went over and above to locate the same colour toilet lid to match the existing one/ which he finally sort through Bunnings after numerous phone calls. A company I can trust Battling blocked drains for days and finally contacted my insurance company who cover part of the costs of repairs.
