Highly Recommend! As a first time customer of the Fawcett Group, I was blown away by the fantastic service I received from the plumber Luke and electrician Andy. Amazing service. Not only was Jamie polite and funny he was very easy to deal with on the phone when our power went out. He was more than happy to give out advice and even saved us a call out fee after hours by talking me through getting part of the power back on until the following day. Their electrician Andy then attended first thing in the morning and fixed the issue very quickly whilst explaining we have a rodent problem and even gave us a number of someone he knew that could help.
