Responsive and great Service Last thing I wanted on a Sunday morning was a blocked drain. Within 20 mins from the phone call to Fawcett plumbers about the drain Jordan arrived and got straight to work. Excellent service all round, will definitely use again.

Every Job Seen to Quickly I had an urgent call out for a leaking AC unit that was damaging my ceiling. Stephen and the team at Fawcett Group responded quickly, so quick in fact that I didnt have time to grab the plumber a 6 pack of thankyou beer. I highly recommend getting in contact with Stephen in the office who was great at calming me down from the stress of damage to the ceiling and also was able to get someone out within the hour.

Steve was good and very understanding and helpful will 100% use them again Helped with pluming in our house .the taps needs to be replaced and the pipes needed to be cleaned out and then put all back together and they did it

Quality and friendly work Generally very happy with work done by the Fawcett Group and have had a few repairs done in our house by them in the kitchen, bathroom and toilet. Technicians are friendly, have great communication and efficicent at their work. Everyone in customer service has been easy to call up to confirm services and answer queries.
