My hot water heros! I rung Fawcett frantically at 7am on a Monday morning with water flooding out of the bottom of my hot water tank. 7.30am I received a phone call letting me know help is on the way. 8am on the dot, a lovely young man named Jozsef knocks on my door. He quickly assessed the problem and explained everything to me in a way i could easily understand it. Within a further 2 hours, i had a brand new instant hot water in its place. Great job The Fawcett Electrician did an excellent job of changing over all our downlight fittings and globes to LED. Done in record time. Looks great. Reasonable price. I highly recommend them.
Perfect service Very professional, gave right advice about hot water system. Excellent service. Bit pricey though but would still use them again. Follow up was good as few jobs could not be completed the same day.

Best Customer Service Ever I needed an external power point for a new HWS & existing circuit breakers upgraded to safety switches. Daniel explained everything clearly, quote was very reasonable including extras I asked for. Work was completed super efficiently, fully tested with no mess left behind. A pleasure to have Daniel & Andy at my house and I will have no hesitation using the Fawcett Group for any future needs.
Christmas Eve Crisis Resolved Afternoon of Christmas Eve the mains pressure died in my HWS amid preparations for Christmas Day, creating a huge crisis for me. Did not think I could possibly get service at this time however The Fawcett Group sent me a plumber, Joe, within the hour. He very quickly identified the problem and presented a couple of options with relevant advice.
