Best Customer Service Ever I needed an external power point for a new HWS & existing circuit breakers upgraded to safety switches. Daniel explained everything clearly, quote was very reasonable including extras I asked for. Work was completed super efficiently, fully tested with no mess left behind. A pleasure to have Daniel & Andy at my house and I will have no hesitation using the Fawcett Group for any future needs.
Christmas Eve Crisis Resolved Afternoon of Christmas Eve the mains pressure died in my HWS amid preparations for Christmas Day, creating a huge crisis for me. Did not think I could possibly get service at this time however The Fawcett Group sent me a plumber, Joe, within the hour. He very quickly identified the problem and presented a couple of options with relevant advice. Excellent service,Luke. Had a few taps that required serving/replacing, Luke was extremely helpful and the quality of the service and product were fantastic,I highly recommend fawcett group and would happily use them again.
Responsive and great Service Last thing I wanted on a Sunday morning was a blocked drain. Within 20 mins from the phone call to Fawcett plumbers about the drain Jordan arrived and got straight to work. Excellent service all round, will definitely use again.

Every Job Seen to Quickly I had an urgent call out for a leaking AC unit that was damaging my ceiling. Stephen and the team at Fawcett Group responded quickly, so quick in fact that I didnt have time to grab the plumber a 6 pack of thankyou beer. I highly recommend getting in contact with Stephen in the office who was great at calming me down from the stress of damage to the ceiling and also was able to get someone out within the hour.
