Sewer drain section replaced Excellent work with initial unblocking of pipe and diagnosing issue with cameras and confirming extent of bad pipe (4m or so) and good pipe buried 1.5m beneath driveway. Work completed within a day ready for repaving. About $5800 to fix.

Simon is worth the money. Office staff were friendly and helpful. Simon was quiet, efficient and patient with our dog. His painting of our carport was of excellent quality, he discussed what he was doing at every stage and he had us inspect his work at regular intervals. Customer care and professionalism I needed some electrical work to be completed prior to a weekend. I received a very prompt response from Jamie, who organized Andy, to attend and quote the job. Andy was prompt, courteous, respectful very thorough and informative. Work undertaken was completed to a high standard and to my delight and surprise by the end of his visit my circuit breakers were clearly labelled for the first time. Thank you Jamie and Andy.

A job well done. What a day for this job. BPLV installation. It was raining, cold and miserable. Finding the copper pipe was a challenge, but he found it. The job was then completed, the trench filled and the water was back on. All done without a sou'wester or grimace. Jordy did a great job in adverse conditions, he explained what he was doing, all with a smile and under the supervision of the dog. No hesitation in recommending Fawcett plumbing.
