For something used every day it must be serviced to keep in good condition. Also it is a very expensive item and shouldn"t be let to deteriorate. Telephone enquiry was pleasant and helpful as was the store staff. My only complaint was not having a pickup available. I cannot move it myself and I have to keep asking people to help me get it to the store. My score 9 out of 10
