Very happy with all aspects, except…..for routine annual services you need a booking system. Happy to pay a deposit or the full price upfront-just don’t want to be without our machine as it sits for days in your workshop waiting for the next available technician. Appreciate it is a different scenario for repairs. Otherwise would give you 5 stars……
keeping me up to date on progress great. but I did have to take the outer cover off to fix the pinched water line from the tank. It was pinched where the divider between the two compartments is .Taking the outer cover off released it. Otherwise the experience has been good. Thank you
Fantastic experience and the sales assistant took time to walk through all of the machine options and grinders. Couldn’t be happier with the experience and the coffee is fantastic. Never go back to a high street store bought coffee machine ever again. Excellent service and an incredible product; well worth the money.

Fast delivery competitive pricing
Delivered a grinder as it appeared to have electrical fault. Was advised to have it serviced. Report upon collection was no electrical fault - the plug had come loose from the vase if machine. Appreciate I could have checked that but had thought machine was hard-wired. Disappointed that could not have been diagnosed immediately upon delivery to store - didn't need the service; only did that at staff suggestion; spent $165 for no obvious benefit. Have diluted opinion of professionalism and will be wary in future.
