The Coffee Machine Specialists provide excellent, experience based advice. My machine perfectly suits my modest needs. I wasn't pushed to buy something more fancy or more expensive. Easily available follow-up advice is also an important factor .Â
Excellent service and advice given, initially by phone and later in store. We were very pleased to be offered the opportunity to have the service expedited so that our coffee machine would be available within 3 days rather than the 4 weeks it would take for a routine service. The additional cost of $100 was well worth it as weâre able to continue to enjoy our coffee with only a minimum break. We wouldnât consider going elsewhere for purchasing or service needs. Kudos to Joanna and Max..Â
The service was great. The 4-week delay was not. I would prefer it if I could book a time slot to have it serviced, rather than lose the machine for a month. A week max would be much more preferable. For example - I ring up to book a service, and then you respond with "We have time available in 3 weeks. Please make sure your machine has been dropped off by COB Monday" That way I don't lose my machine for up to a month with no idea when it will come back as it just vanishes into a black hole. Very professional in dealing with an unexpected component failure after a previous repair. Provided a hire machine at no cost and had the supplier replace the component at no cost. Machine now working perfectly.Â
I purchased a Bezzera Aria rotary pump model after a long search, culminating in excellent telephone advice from Max and Daniel. I'm now waiting for the much-anticipated shipment, but no information yet on its ETA.Â
OK, but I feel the quality service has dropped off a little. Be careful not to lose your knowledge base and quality advice. My last two visits have been somewhat challenging.Â
Service was very good however the invoice called for the defibrillator. The routine service was the most expensive portion of the invoice unfortunately.Â
