Excellent service and advice given, initially by phone and later in store. We were very pleased to be offered the opportunity to have the service expedited so that our coffee machine would be available within 3 days rather than the 4 weeks it would take for a routine service. The additional cost of $100 was well worth it as we’re able to continue to enjoy our coffee with only a minimum break. We wouldn’t consider going elsewhere for purchasing or service needs.
