I had been looking far a coffee machine for some time. I called in to your premises some time ago and and was attended to by young gentleman who was very knowledgeable and helped me greatly. After some research, I returned to your shop front and was attended to by a female attendant who also was very good, and the result of that, I purchased my machine. To that point all was well. I was in last Thursday 11th May around 11am & the lovely young man who helped me with replacing the rubber seals for my stove top espresso maker's. (Sorry I have forgotten his name - I tried calling to get his name but you guys were busy). He took the time to make sure they were the correct size.
