I recently had both my MACAP grinder and Rancilio Silvia espresso machine repaired. When they had both been returned to me there was a discordance in the overall function. However, staff encouraged me to attend the store with the machines and then set about checking and optimising both (mainly the grinder). This was so informative and beneficial. My espresso has never been so easy or so good. THANKYOU.

We did give 3 stars but there were a couple of aspects we were disapponted with. Firstly we were initially charged $150 for a same day service (later refunded as "complimentary" when we questioned it). In fact we booked a few weeks in advance for a day that best suited you. Secondly, as we had booked a same day service and had the machine with you by opening time, we were disappointed that we could not pick the machine up a minute before 3 o'clock especially as we have 2 hour drive to get home.
