Excellent customer service
Hi, I sent in the car for repairs on 4/4/25 and was told that the repairs will only be completed on 15/4/25. I rented a car for an extra 3 days. It would have saved me the rental charges if the estimation of the duration of the repairs was more accurate. When I collected the car on 7/4/25, noted that the bumper was not aligned properly and had to request your repair staff to work on it again.
