I really appreciated being kept informed by text message about how my car was progressing. When I spoke with them, the staff were always polite, patient and helpful. Particularly when I picked up my car after it was repaired, I appreciated being told about the details of the repairs. It's good to know I have a lifetime warranty on the repairs, and can come back to you if I have any concerns. Thank you so much.
