The repairs were excellent and the car returned on time. Also, the regular updates were appreciated. However, the reason for 3 stars and not 5 is that when I collected the car, having been told that it was ready, I noticed that the hood badge was not on the car. I wasn’t told, I had to point it out. I was then told that the badge had only been ordered that morning and that when it arrived I would have to come back and have it fitted. Why the badge wasn’t ordered at the same time as the other necessary bits is beyond me and ... read more
A pleasant experience all staff members were super friendly and very helpful in getting my car repaired and Uber to rental car service made ezy for me. Work on my car was excellent looks like new . only reason for 4 stars is my car wasn’t clean or vacuumed in the back were work was done . Other than that brilliant thank you
