Receptionists were so helpful. Assessment and work carried out very quickly and I much appreciated the courtesy car to take me home after leaving my car at Smart Capitol. Thank you.

Prompt assessment, timely repairs, good communication with updates on progress, good liaising with hertz, excellent front line reception staff. Best experience with repairs ever! I was assisted by Danielle and the other person on reception when I picked the vehicle up as it had a “do not drive” alert

I was kept informed at all stages in the repair process. The staff were professional and courteous. The completed repairs were excellent. An Uber service was provided to take me to and from the repair workshop and home which was a nice surprise. All up, a great experience from the beginning to end of the repair process.
