The process was straight forward the reception staff and the assessor were both helpful and professional in their dealings with me. The assessor was thorough in his inspection of the damage to my vehicle and in explaining the work that would be undertaken as art of the repair process.

I was a bit nervous at first as my insurance company didn't give an option on who I could use. I had never heard of Capital S.M.A.R.T. I was pleasantly surprised. They were very easy to deal with, professional and I got my car back in 1.5 weeks. When my son dropped of the car they paid for a uber home and again sent an uber to take him to collect the car. My son who is very particular with cars said they had done a fantastic job.

Would have been good to be notified that a review of the car was needed for parts earlier so I could have done that before it was booked in. Don’t contact people Friday afternoons to be then told I can’t collect as you are closing at 2.30.(website says 4pm) Other than that service was good and process with Uber and car hire was seamless. Thank you
