Pleasant, quick and efficient, nice job.
The uber idea is great. Car ready ahead of time and looks like a perfect job. We even have a small touch up bottle of paint for stone chips.
My new bumper came quicker than expected. When I dropped off the car 2 days was advised as expected but only one was required. This early return was very helpful to me as a new family farewell dinner had been arranged and having my own car back made attending much easier. Easy to deal with helpful and courteous staff
The process was straight forward the reception staff and the assessor were both helpful and professional in their dealings with me. The assessor was thorough in his inspection of the damage to my vehicle and in explaining the work that would be undertaken as art of the repair process.
Excellent and efficient service from assessment to pick up. Customer service from the ladies inside was brilliant and all done within 3 days. Great job guys.

I was a bit nervous at first as my insurance company didn't give an option on who I could use. I had never heard of Capital S.M.A.R.T. I was pleasantly surprised. They were very easy to deal with, professional and I got my car back in 1.5 weeks. When my son dropped of the car they paid for a uber home and again sent an uber to take him to collect the car. My son who is very particular with cars said they had done a fantastic job.
