Couldn’t be more impressed with the whole process. The team is very customer focused and works hard to ensure the whole experience is smooth and hassle free. The vehicle was repaired in quick time, once the part had been ordered. A very professional organisation.
Truly terrible experience. Returned the car late, with paint running and nearly all the safety systems not working (blind spot monitor, self park, reversing sensors, land keep assist, AEB etc etc). They acknowledged at the time of pick up (10th March) and said they would get it booked in with Volkswagen ASAP and fix the paint job. So far.... Crickets. I visited Capital S.M.A.R.T Osborne Park after my car was hit from the rear side. The visit was arranged through my insurance. The team inspected the damage and informed me that some parts needed to be ordered, which would take 1–2 weeks — totally understandable. However, they told me I could take the car back with me because it was “driveable.” In reality, it wasn’t. The trunk doesn’t close due to the impact, making the car unsafe and unfit for road use. They helped us out with a private quote for a family car bingle situation. Quoted us reasonable price and was very understanding of our needs considering the unique situation. Quality workmanship and finish. My only suggestion for others is to ask them to air the car out before collection as the fresh paint fumes were overwhelming on the drive home.
Capital SMART is a very efficient operation. All the staff are very friendly and helpful, and my insurance claim repair was handled quickly and flawlessly. They also gave me a great private price to touch up a tiny ding in my door handle while I wait. Cannot fault my experience - simply excellent customer service!
