An unexpected and fabulous experience from start to finish. Arranged free Uber to my destination, kept me regularly updated along the process. Vehicle was ready before estimated time. Uber was arranged to pick me up and take me to vehicle for pickup. Vehicle was cleaned inside and out when I picked up. Great all round service and would highly recommend. Thanks James

The work quality is okay but it needed two attempts to repair all damages. For us this meant twice the time spent and twice get rental cars. Then the park sensors didn’t work anymore and SMART claimed it wasn’t them although we exactly know the sensors have worked before the repair. It may be coincidence but we’re not happy about that. Whatsoever the staff was friendly and very helpful.

Great service, car was assessed at time scheduled. The fact that the work on the car was finished within a couple days was amazing. I did find however a couple clips and rubber seal that wasn't correctly fit after receiving car.
