Someone crashed into the back of my vehicle and their insurance company arranged this place for me, so I didn't have much choice and was a bit doubtful after seeing reviews. I had an extremely disappointing experience with Capital S.M.A.R.T. When I initially inquired about the repair process over the phone, I was clearly informed that I would drop off my vehicle and collect it only once the repairs were fully completed. Based on this information, I arranged for a hire car. However, this was not the case, and I ended up wasting money on a hire car that I didn't need. The car went in for minor bumper damage and rim repair. I was called and told the car was ready for pick up a week ago after them having it for 4 day, as repairs were complete. When I got there I was told the rim will have to be redone in a couple weeks. As the diamond bit on their lathe was blunt and not finishing the face of the rim correctly. Capital S.M.A.R.T Repairs are fantastic! I have modifications in my car (Hand Controls) and can't drive any other car other than my own. so they prioritised it within 2 days to replace the side panels thank you sooo much for getting my car fixed literally ASAP if I could give you a 10 star review I would highly recommend!! Well done guys!
