Great to have a variation of routine explained carefully with each program, and good followup if needed to keep 'on track'. Also very quick response to queries, or comments. Good to have easier options for each exercise as well. The emphasis on trying to keep engagement with the program is great - one reply feels supported in this.
I’ve been with bemobile for two years having never exercised before and being loathe to join a gym. Bemobile is perfect! The team are fun, everything is carefully organised with two trainers in every session. One trainer shows you how to adapt if you are injured or disabled. Highly motivating and you find strength developing or returning in straightforward exercises. What more can I say!
Very enjoyable and the body feels much better both physically and mentally. The group is friendly and supportive with their comments. I recommend Be Mobile Physiotherapy to anyone who wants to achieve more and extend their life. You can go at your own pace and even when you do have a break just continue on where you left off. After years of stopping/starting weights at the gym, I have completed a whole year of consistently doing weights twice a week. Even at that minimal level, I am stronger and moe flexible than a year ago! I am not a gym bunny at all - but the only willpower I need is to get to the gym, and just follow along with the programme and the cheerful supportive physios!
I've been a member for one year now. I am quite conscientious about the exercise programs. I enjoy the presenters. I enjoy my improved fitness and strength. I am a Be Mobile convert. i appreciate your differentiation in exercises. i love the fun and humour and reminders of the importance of exercies- even though i need greater consistency. i have enjoyed how your program is dynamic. for some time i didnt access the program and was contacted by one of the team who supported me to be more accountable and to keep my promise i have spoken to my physio about this program who was then going to recommend it to his father!!

I enjoyed the exercises and started to feel a difference in my strength. Unfortunately, I have been unable to complete my series due to illness, but will be able to recommence again soon. I definitely felt better for doing the program
This is a great program with a very supportive and fun team and Facebook group. I very rarely post anything on Facebook but am happy to read about other people's successes and how they or others help overcome any difficulties or setbacks. This program has motivated me to focus on building my strength and balance and to incoproate some cardio (least favourite but important) in my week.
