I have been coming to hydrotherapy for almost 12 months. I love the freedom of movement in the water and the exercise program. The Exercise Physiologists are knowledgeable and very friendly and approachable. I will continue to attend.

Love Janice's Aquafit classes and her choice of music always 👌 she's amazing and very positive ✨️ I find it very hard to find a park particularly on a Wednesday morning. The parking on the road is impossible as well. It's very frustrating that a large complex does not provide enough parking for it's clients. Not looking forward to the new building opening with added clients as feel that the parking issues will be far worse.
