Great people, great therapists. Always welcomed with a smile, makes exercising and hydro recovery a pleasure. And they all know I hate exercise!!Â
Most times very friendly staff, little disappointed on Mondays when water is not 34, but understand there is back wash done Mondays. Enjoy the commarardery, a little bemused by some of the exercise Physiologists having breakfast & coffee whilst with clients. Overall excellent atmosphere.Â

I absolutely love going to Adelaide Active and using their heated pool to exercise in, as it has helped improve my health, fitness and wellbeing. Exercising in a 34 degree pool has had wonderful benefits on my body, enabling me to move freely to strengthen my muscles and reduce joint pain. The staff are highly professional, friendly and show genuine care towards people and their specific needs - they cater for all. Quiet in the pool this morning😊able to get a spot in the shallow end near the steps! Easy access to equipment and just love the pool temperatureÂ
