The staff are soo understanding and welcoming.
Easy to register, facilities are great, pool lovely and warm, plenty of parking spots, Aquarobics class excellent, Instructor was very good with easy to understand instructions, also good to see the movements done by her during the class.
I enjoyed my class very much.
Initially my mum wasn't included in planning and progress discussions, but that has since been corrected. Recently she has appreciated the 2-way discussions. with Micaela.
Friendly knowledgeable staff made me feel comfortable.
I am so glad I decided to try Hydrotherapy for my back pain..The exercises Phil Saridakis showed me and helped me with have given me hope.. Thank you. Joy Hoffmann
