the wonderful people , friendly and most of all helpful. the water is the place to be if you want to get pain relief.
Janice is a fantastic teacher who has really helped me as I have a torn tendon from my hip. Exercises I can do in the water is marvellous and made my life so much more enjoyable.
My safety was paramount during the exercises and the instructions were easy to follow and the patience Mary showed with my limited movements was lovely
One hour doing exercises in the warm pool is fabulous thanks. Zac looks after me and the others fine & we have good chat whilst exercising. A great way to improve stamina and health.
Great facility. Physio therapy programme has made a big difference to my recovery. Staff are friendly and helpful. And so are the other clients. A very welcoming and warm atmosphere. Thank you for creating this space

Pool was a very nice temperature, loved the set up with the music, televisions etc. Hunter (my therapist) was very obliging and easy to get on with and knew what he was doing to me. He had spent time and developed a program for me.
Really good the only thing I picked up on was the microphone was making it hard to understand his instructions, perhaps the microphone was too close to his mouth, but otherwise a good session.
