Husband and I came in a week before and the lovely, friendly girls on the desk showed us around. Great start, My first day I was a little anxious but immediately felt welcome, loved the warmth of the pool and the other guests were friendly nut not over the top, but helpful. I loved my 100 minute sessions, looking to attend on Saturday. The area is clean, lovely changerooms and parking easy. Well exceeded my expectations, thank you

Physio Henry ran through a range of exercises which were appropriate and challenging. He has given good instruction on each exercise and their purpose. Enjoyed the first session.
