RecommendedI had Who who Carpet Cleaning and Pest Management come out and spray for insect. As it is coming time for more insects around I wanted to get my place done. We had Graham come out and he arrived in the time window we were given. We also had a phone call advising he was on his way. We had two rugs wherein one had been soiled as a result of a blocked drainage pipe and even though has been thoroughly hosed off and dried never looked as it did Wehrmacht new, the other was soiled by foot traffic over the years and some pet stains. Our daughter had an expensive rug that was also stained as a result of pets and foot traffic and had, had it cleaned by another company and had sent it back twice due to poor results, so we were a tad reluctant to have ours cleaned. They answered all my question and picked up my carpet when they said they would,did a great job and my carpet looks brand new again ,very happy
This company is very professional. I found that from the moment I contacted them. Their telephone manner, conversation and extremely helpful staff. My rug looked like brand new. It was collected and returned exactly as they had told me it would be. I would definitely recommend them and wouldn’t use anyone else to clean my rug.
Excellent customer service, pick up and drop off. Telephoned me, actually spoke to me informing me of the progress. Had two rugs cleaned within the week. I now have two back to new rugs. very reasonable price. Highly recommend Who Who
