RecommendedWe had two rugs wherein one had been soiled as a result of a blocked drainage pipe and even though has been thoroughly hosed off and dried never looked as it did Wehrmacht new, the other was soiled by foot traffic over the years and some pet stains. This company is very professional. I found that from the moment I contacted them. Their telephone manner, conversation and extremely helpful staff. My rug looked like brand new. It was collected and returned exactly as they had told me it would be. I would definitely recommend them and wouldn’t use anyone else to clean my rug.
Excellent customer service, pick up and drop off. Telephoned me, actually spoke to me informing me of the progress. Had two rugs cleaned within the week. I now have two back to new rugs. very reasonable price. Highly recommend Who Who
