We had Graham come out and he arrived in the time window we were given. We also had a phone call advising he was on his way. RecommendedWe had two rugs wherein one had been soiled as a result of a blocked drainage pipe and even though has been thoroughly hosed off and dried never looked as it did Wehrmacht new, the other was soiled by foot traffic over the years and some pet stains. Our daughter had an expensive rug that was also stained as a result of pets and foot traffic and had, had it cleaned by another company and had sent it back twice due to poor results, so we were a tad reluctant to have ours cleaned. RecommendedThis company is very professional. I found that from the moment I contacted them. Their telephone manner, conversation and extremely helpful staff. My rug looked like brand new. It was collected and returned exactly as they had told me it would be. I would definitely recommend them and wouldn’t use anyone else to clean my rug.
