the lady I spoke to on the phone was very helpful, cheerful and polite. She rang to let me know when my rugs were being collected and again when being returned. With my first contact WHO WHO replied so quickly , I gave them measurements of the carpet square to be cleaned , they replied with a quote, arranged pickup , it was all so fast and efficient. Their communications is first class ....they informed me about pickup time and kept me informed how far away the driver was and approximate time he would arrive and this was the same for returning the carpet.
