RecommendedHi All, Yesterday we had our carpets, lounge & rug cleaned, along with an inside & out pest treatment and undertaken by Who Carpet Cleaning & Pest Management! I can not thank their entire team enough, from the Administration Team, the carpet technicians & the pest treatment tech, they were extremely prompt, professional, accommodating & friendly!!! I just got my rug back today, and it is 1000 times better than when it left my house. I could not recommend them enough. And the collection and drop off team are so lovely and helpful.
They did a great job and we’re super friendly. My couch is new again !!
Oh wow! The guys have completely exceeded all expectations. I was considering throwing our couch out and buying a new one when an ad came up for Who Who Carpet Cleaning so I decided to try them before buying a new couch. It looks like a completely new couch! No one is allowed to sit on it now 😂 Thanks so much Who Who, we have already had so many friends ask who did the job for us.
2.5/5 stars. Customer service and communication was on point. Pickup and delivery was great however I felt our rug come back as it was sent off. Wasn’t I Expecting it to come back brand new but did expect to see results. A little disappointed.
Wonderful experience from start to finish. Service was 10/10 kept up to date on when to expect pickup/drop off, our rug was soiled from a new puppy using it as the wee mat and it is back in brand new condition, will certainly be using them again. Our pickup boy even tidied up the kids toys at the front door!
Just had our Persian Carpet cleaned it looks amazing fresh and new. The whole process with Who Who was smooth and easy I highly recommend.
What a wonderful job these guys did on our lounge. I was very concerned as it is buckskin and not many places would touch it But they did and I’m so happy. Paulo was very polite and a great worker. I’m looking forward to the next time we use them. 🥇🥇🥇🥇🥇
What a fantastic company to use for your lounge clean. The communication was great via messaging and phone calls. Very friendly and knowledgeable at all levels of the company. Your lounges will come up a treat and smell great. I will definitely be using Who Who Cleaning again.
