And their service was amazing, from picking up and dropping off the rug, to the calls to let us know when it was due to be dropped off and how far away the driver was. We’ve had incredible service from Who Who, from the very first text message to inquire about price and pick up times. Who Who rang twenty minutes before the pick up driver arrived (and he did arrive in twenty minutes) and the driver was courteous and helpful carrying the rugs. We were contacted by the office the next day to confirm price and drop off date. And yes, I was contacted this morning when our returned rugs were twenty minutes from home. Great job on my rug was pretty dirty but has now been cleaned by Who Who very pleased with results will use them again recommend them to anyone who needs there rugs cleaned mine was pretty big so glad they picked up and dropped off to heavy for me to carry
