Thanks so much to Ryan who fixed our water hammer problem. Just had the best shower in weeks! Ryan correctly diagnosed, then fixed the problem when two before him had failed. Friendly and helpful service from all involved and would definitely call them again.
We were impressed by the timely, efficient, capable and friendly service of Troy the plumber and Troy the apprentice from Fawcett Group. This was our second time hiring a plumber through Fawcett Group and we have been impressed both times.

Fantastic people to deal with and have excellent problem solving abilities. Went beyond my expectations in helping us with a major stormwater problem we found after purchasing a property which had basically no where for the water to go. Luke was especially helpful in sourcing info from councils and more.

After having no hot water over the long weekend, I rang Fawcett in a panic hoping I could get a plumber today. After ringing reception it was only about 20 minutes before the plumber called to tell me that he was on his way. After throughly explaining what the problem was and my options I felt comfortable in my decision to go with a new system. The boys went and got the new system and it was installed straight away! I couldn't have asked for better service! Thanks Fawcett for saving the day.

Coming home late afternoon to a burst pipe in the laundry wall cavity was definitely going to mean re-organising my Saturday evening. I rang Fawcett, and Cory attended within 45 minutes. He located the leak and applied a temporary repair. Corey was very professional, courteous and efficient. This morning (Monday) I already have a booking for the repair to be completed this afternoon. Then it’s over to my insurance company. Thanks Fawcett, definitely my first choice!
Jamie Fawcett (plumber) was helpful and informative. The business was polite and offered excellent service of contact before arrival. Just a tip - get them to check your pilot light is on with the hot water before they leave!
Troy was great - on time, explained everything he was doing and in terms even I could understand. We'd be happy for him to do work for us again.
Highly recommend Fawcett Plumbing. They are rofessional from the time they take your call to the end of the job. Emergencies are no problem, and general work is scheduled to suit you.
