Awoke to no power in a couple of rooms, called Fawcetts...told someone would be there between 12-4, phone call at 2 to say they would be there at 2.40..arrived in time, installed power board and downlights, great price, great work, friendly and efficent. Will always use the Fawcett group. It's nice to have confidence in the people who carry out work for you. Highly recommend.
Fantastic , I phoned up booked for them to come over to quote to install my ducted heated system, they turned up 8am ,quoted me while Courtney went for materials Andy was installing electricity supply socket and light switch .Courtney although he was under the pump all day to get this install finished, other lads who had finished there jobs turned up to lend a hand to get this install done . Cant thank thank the Fawcett team enough. Karen my wife was happy to see this heating up and running ,, Happy wife Happy life .
Excellent customer service from the moment I picked up the phone, very friendly and clearly explained everything to me. I needed a plumber ASAP as I had an open house that same day and an urgent plumbing issue. Courtney arrived very promptly and fixed the plumbing issue in no time at all, he was very efficient and provided outstanding customer service. I would highly recommend these guys to anyone needing a plumber. Great work guys- thanks !
We had no hot water and my husband is going through cancer treatment, we went to Fawcetts and explained the situation, Bec in the office was marvelous she arranged that we could have a unit in next morning. We vwere blown away when the technician arrived a couple of hours later to instal the unit so my husband could shower before going for his treatment. All genuinely very nice and helpful
We are currently renovating our house and have recently used this group for plumbing and electrical jobs and have been very impressed with the services. My 'new mate'Nick is a top bloke and each tradie was professional, polite and did a great, clean job. I have used them 4 times in the last few weeks and each time have been treated respectfully. I highly recommend them and will stick with their service for all future jobs (of which I am sure there will be many!!).. thanks guys.
The boys did a fantastic job replacing my gas water heater on the day and made sure everything was working perfectly again!!! Thank you guys
