Troy and Trinity came around to unblock a toilet. Troy gave Trinity directions and she did most of the hard work from sticking her hand in the toilet, doing something to the outside drain to processing the payment. They were both extremely professional, polite and efficient completely ignoring our mess and loud 6 month old and got straight to the job. 5/5, would definitely recommend Troy and Trinity too anyone.
Received wonderful service today from Troy and Trinity. They were polite and professional, they told me what was the issue and gave me options to fix it. I've never seen a female plumber and i loved to see her doing what shes good at! Go ahead and use Fawcett plumbing they're female friendly and don't discriminate
Just wanted to express our sincere gratitude to Troy C who went out of his way to make a bad situation good with a blocked stormwater drain. He worked tirelessly with his tools (cameras and jets) in several different areas until he found the solution. Came back twice in the same day to help us and had a lot of respect for us as it was very stressful. Very professional and I would recommend him to others
We used Fawcett plumbing for the 1 st time after using various other plumbing companies over many years and have always been disappointed by their seemingly lake of care and feeling like " just another job and a number in the system" until now. Troy was really great, and unblocked our toilet/drain pretty quick. He was also very patient with my very inquisitive children. If I need a plumber again, I will definitely be calling Fawcett Plumbing.

We've been living in our home for around 5 weeks and needed a plumber and builder to fix some problems. We're new to the area and had no idea of which business to use. Ben changed a tap for me today. He arrived on time and I was very pleased with his workmanship.
We have used Fawcett Group a few times and have always been pleased with their professional approach. Reception staff through to bookings for more involved work, phoning to confirm we were still okay for the booking date, and plumbers always calling to advise their ETA are evidence of this. We have had Troy attend twice, once for clearing blocked drains.
