I am having air conditioners installed by Ross and Jamie with added assistance from Peter the electrician. All three men have been punctual, polite and helpful and are doing are fantastic job.
Mark Fawcett attended my premises to do a CCTV inspection of a blocked drain. I was glad Mark was able to come to my house straight away, and that he had the CCTV camera ready to go. Many other plumbers I called had to hire one from somewhere else! After years of continuing plumbing problems, and dealing with plumbers from many other businesses, I was glad Mark helped me locate the source of my blockages, and recommended what sections of the drains needed to be replaced. I had already tried a CHEAP plumber to resolve a blocked drain with little joy. After giving these guys a go I was super impressed with the whole experience from the phone call to the office to job completion. Friendly courteous staff using the right equipment to get the job sorted. The plumber was on time any very helpful to explain the options to me. He was also very professional and cleaned all of the area when finished which I haven't experienced before.

We needed to call a plumber on a Sunday as i broke a tap trying to replace a washer. Fawcett group were able to give me an accurate time and the plumber who came was polite and helpful and installed new taps quickly and efficiently
