We used Fawcett Plumbing and had to share what a good experience it was to use. Their quick attendance and to solve and fix the problem keeping the bill down. They were very fair and seemed to be professional. I would use them again as they have follow up service and are happy to provide great customer service.
From initial contact to completion of work, within same morning, treated with professionalism and efficiency. Good communication and personable. Having engaged a plumber 1 month prior to resolve same issue (blocked drain), who charged over $600 and unable to clear nor returned contact, even after caling x2, to return and resolve blockage. Fawcett were staright onto it and resolved without difficulty or waisting time. Highly recommended.

Great introduction to Fawcett Plumbing. Even though I rang on the day and bookings seemed full, I managed to have Luke call in to quickly fix my toilet in the afternoon of the same day. His explanations were clear, the time taken to remedy the problem fast and the price very reasonable. Will call Fawcett for any future issues that need fixing in my house.
First time using Fawcett Plumbing after reading reviews on True Local. I found the trades-person very knowledgeable, professional and personable, identified the problem quickly and fixed it within 35 minutes. Pricing was very competitive and same day service was excellent. I will use them again in future. A young apprentice was also in attendance learning from qualified trades-person so glad to see the business supporting young people.
