We had a leak through the ceiling and Luke sorted out our issue immediatly. He got to work immediatly, and got the probelem resolved before it caused anymore damage. He also helped me out with some great pointers and things to look out for in the future. Thanks again
Although the running toilet was fixed by Fawcett a few weeks back with a new float device, after a week I found that the new part would trigger the water refill only sporadically and that I had to take off the toilet's top and manually trigger the refill. I rang back and got Luke back out the following day and he found it was a faulty new part. He will report this back to the manufacturer. The toilet flushes great now and there was no charge for the callout and replacement, to which I am greatly impressed with.
Had to call upon Fawcett plumbing for the second time in two weeks as my hot water packed up, was nice to have the same trades man Luke attend. He was able to fix my hot water on the spot, he had the spare parts required with him and we had hot water with in an hour. Thanks again Fawcett plumbing
