How refreshing it was to hear a friendly voice on the phone in response to my inquiry. Lisa at Fawcett Plumbing also had great product knowledge, was accurate in her estimation of time of service and had a good understanding of the challenges sometimes faced by female homeowners when dealing with male dominated trade services.
Rang Fawcett Plumbing as I needed a new hot water service. Quote was good and they came prompt and was very pleased with their service. They left my yard in a very neat state and I would recommend them to friends and family.
Had no hot water and had been recommended Fawcett Plumbing - Jackson came out and replaced hot water service at a great price. Also serviced our taps which was great customer service. Very friendly and polite tradesman. Happy to use again and recommend to others

I recently needed to call in a plumber and was quite worried about how much it was going to cost me. But to my pleasant surprise, not only was it priced very reasonably but I also had a lovely young man, Jackson, who was incredibly polite and helpful. Nothing was too much trouble for him. I am extremely happy with this service and will use it again without question! Cheers guys!

I recently had to call upon a plumber to repair a leaking pipe, after having bad expiriences in the past with other companies I decided to call the services of Fawcett plumbing after reading reviews on true local. From the initial phone call, the job was completed that day. Thank you to the team at Fawcett plumbing for the fantastic service. Being able to pay with a card on the plumbers portable eftpos machine made the completion of the job very convinient.5 stars guys
