Not 'honest and reliable' in my book. Mark Fawcett, the owner, attended my premises to do a camera inspection of a blocked drain, after being quoted $120 over the phone by his staff ...'half an hour is all it should take', I was told,,,Mark refused to honour the price I was quoted, instead charging me $175. Even though this price advertised on their website also includes unblocking the drain as well as the camera, Mark did not even offer to unblock my drain and instead quoted me over $3000 to excavate and replace the blocked... read more

Currently trying to sort an issue, so far no communication despite maybe 5+ calls and emails, to chase up on a Quote and inquiry about work carried out. Sorry but you guy's are looking incompetent at the moment. I will update once we get cleared up with outstanding issue. Totally displeased, No stars. Will not be using again. Bad service, poor response, still unresolved.. 3 strikes...surprising really, as came highly recommended.

Bad experience. Not reliable. Never never deal with them again. Advertised "No Call Out Fee". Don't trust. Advertised "Free quotes". Don't trust. Advertised "We wont be beaten on price". Don't trust. They will charge you $135 and claimed that is not "Call Out Fee" it's "Service fee". However the electrician didn't fix our hot water system at all and just came to give us a quote. very bad paint job on our downpipes, drip marks everywhere, contacted Fawcett plumbing several times including emailing pictures. made time to come and fix and did not show up. No further contact by Fawcett They do no take pride in their service our mistake was paying the bill before making them fix the paint job. Text sent to them no response. Do not recommend this company

Blocked drain at the front of the house. Rods didn't work on the first occasion. I spoke with the management who said they would return the next morning with a camera to identify the problem. Next morning they arrived with no camera - "it's out on another job". Let's try the rods again - what a surprise - rods didn't work. They go and get the camera and after putting it down the drain, I'm told "your going to need the jet pressure machine". A really disappointing experience with these guys. Firstly was told a plumber would be out sometime between 1pm-3pm. I then get a call from the plumber around 2pm telling me itll be around 4pm as I was the last job of the day (Id obviously had been bumped down the list). 4:30pm I get a call from head office telling me the plumber had been called to an emergency and can we make it 8am the following day! I had what I thought was a relatively simple job (lowering a pipe in my kitchen) performed by Fawcett Plumbing. It ended up costing me over $350 ($297 in labour) which I personally believe is excessive. Although they were amicable over the phone when i disputed the price, I am still disappointed it can cost that much to do such a small job. I won't be using these guys again.
Very disappointing. Asked them over the phone how much it would cost me and their reply was no call out fee, but they "forgot" to tell me any other info regarding costs. So after the plumber came out and stayed for 30 mins and used a dob of silicon to seal up a pipe, then tell me I owe $187 I nearly fell over.
