The man who changed our smoke alarm was incredibly professional. I felt very bad as I was on an important phone call and wasn’t able to talk to him, but he went about his work fixing our issue really quickly. I hope he didn’t think I was too rude! He was punctual and professional. Thank you!

Inspection was booked for 10.30am and they showed up just after 9 which was not really ideal as I wasn’t prepared for people in the house and was working. Fine apart from that.
