Quality of service was good however the portal used is not very user friendly, document ya not posted there and too many unnecessary messages. The desire to digitise the customer journey is too much, I would appreciate more up front phone calls to discuss and align.

Bit difficult at first as so many people were contacting me constantly and it was overwhelming and confusing. I understood the urgency of conveyance however it might be best to delegate one or two to deal with a client. A professional team that assisted me from the enquiry counter to the dedicated Conveyancer Megan Stone. Working through the IT setup was a challenge however, the enquiry staff were always available by phone or personal appointment and were able to assist and give advice where required.
