Everything was processed in seamless and timely manner, was happy with the final result. Sunstate definitely did their duty properly. Though I felt response times and information provided to allay questions or concerns was a little lacking considering this was the first time I’d dealt with a transaction like this. Understand that time is precious in this business, but some things did go unanswered. Still would recommend though!
