Very helpful and friendly staff. The only issue I had that caused some confusion was the multiple communications methods (email, SMS, website) that repeated the same information or request. Also, often non-personalised/standardised emails where sent that included steps to action that where already completed. I understand that all of the communications sent were important to ensure no steps where missed, however improvements could be made.
